Raffle draw will be done through random.org shall be held at Toyota Motor Philippines, Corp. office: 31F GT Tower, Salcedo St. corner Ayala Avenue, Makati City at 5pm Monday to Friday in the presence of DTI and TMP representatives.

Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

Winner will assume and shall be responsible for all taxes, licensing, registration, title, license plate, dealer preparation, shipping and all other fees. TMP disclaims all expressed or implied warranties regarding the vehicle. Pick-up or delivery costs from the designated redemption center as well as any non-standard options chosen by the winner will be borne by the winner.

Winner will be notified by the dealership on how and when they can claim their prize via registered mail, call and text message.

Releasing of raffle prize will be held at the Toyota Dealership where the unit was purchased, not later than February 29, 2020

The winner must bring two (2) valid ID’s such as Driver’s License, SSS Card or Passport upon claiming of his/her prize. In claiming the prize by a representative, the representative must present the letter of authorization, registered mail, two (2) valid ID’s of the winner and so with the representative.

Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of notification.

Employees of Toyota Motor Philippines Corp., its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, TMP dealer network and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

RESERVE & PICK-A-PRIZE

Mechanics:

Customers who will reserve an Innova (all variants), Wigo (all variants), Avanza MC (E A/T and E M/T) and Pre-MC (all variants), Hiace GL Grandia and Commuter Deluxe from December 9-20, 2019 will be entitled to pick an instant prize.
Customers can win any of the following:
- P25,000 worth cash discount applied to vehicle purchase or downpayment
- P35,000 worth cash discount applied to vehicle purchase or downpayment
- P50,000 worth cash discount applied to vehicle purchase or downpayment
Upon confirmation of the reserved unit, the Marketing Professional shall access the microsite: www.toyotayearendblowout.com where the customer shall submit the following details: Complete Name, Complete Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Toyota Dealership, Unit Reserved (Model, Variant & Color) & Proof of Reservation/Purchase (AR/ OR/ PO/ VSI No.) in order to randomly pick the instant prize.
The Marketing Professional shall print out the prize notification and attach it to the Vehicle Sales Invoice.
The Cash Discount will then be automatically deducted from the SRP of the vehicle reserved. In the event that the customer does not proceed with the purchasing the vehicle, the prize shall be forfeited.
Prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
